All payments have to be cleared in 100% advance before the booking date.
Get access to three different Studio Zones. (Our terrace & Glass house set is non inclusive and charged Separately at ₹1500/hr depending on availability)
Lights, Camera, Paper & Cloth backdrops are non inclusive and are charged separately.
The studio rent will start from the given call time or when the first person from team enters (whichever is earlier), not on the actual time the shoot starts.
Rental time ends when the last person in the group walks out of the studio. Please keep this in mind when planning your shoot.
The client will be responsible for any loss/damage to the studio space, furniture or the studio belongings during the rental period without regards to whatsoever/whosoever has damaged anything and will be charged as per actuals.
If the next client has reserved the studio, you are required to leave the studio when your decided time slot is over.
20-30 minutes can be considered as a grace period for pack-up. However, in case it crosses 30 minutes, full hourly charges would be applied.
It is expected to re-organise the space to its original condition within the studio rental period. So please plan your timings and pack up accordingly to avoid an extra hour.
Use of paint, flour, fire, crackers, poppers or any other form of powder/colour etc is prohibited in the studio, unless permitted.
Studio is on the first floor and there is no lift, please plan accordingly.

Our team will share all the required details on your WhatsApp number and you may check the studio availability with us accordingly.
Upon availability confirmation, you can confirm your booking by making the payment and blocking the slot.
Once the booking is confirmed, a whatsapp group will be created and the confirmation message will be sent on the whatsapp group.

Parking

It’s a residential area. There is ample free parking available right in front of the studio and around.
Kindly do not park directly in front of any gates or buildings, You may get ticketed.
There’s also main road just 4 building apart which has wide road and enough parking space for all.

No FREIGHT ELEVATORS

Our Studio is on the first floor & there is no elevator. You have direct steps from the main gate of the building leading to the studio.
Clients are responsible for loading and unloading of their belongings.
Studio attendants are not responsible for bringing client’s items in/out of the studios and are not responsible for clients’ personal belongings.

General Studio Rules

We recommend arriving at our studio 15 minutes before the start of your booking so that you can check in with our attendant, get Wi-Fi details, and find out where our bathrooms and changing rooms are located.

To keep our studio floors and furniture clean, we ask that you remove your footwear when you enter the studio. Please note that models appearing on camera are exempt from this policy, but we kindly ask that they take care to immediately wipe any marks or dirt from their shoes before moving about the studio. There is a damage fee for standing on the furniture.
Our attendants will be reminding you within 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure that the studio is left in its original condition. Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place and all garbage must be placed into garbage cans to avoid cleaning fee.
Our studio attendants can check the rooms during your studio time if we hear loud noises, dragging of furniture, or suspected violation of studio rules and/or safety. The idea is to help smooth running of shoot, ensuring no unnecessary fees are charged.
We have cameras installed throughout the studio to ensure security and safety, however, we do not have any cameras inside the vanity & bath rooms.
We have two separate bathrooms for men & women. We expect you to keep them clean.
Shoots are not allowed inside the bathrooms unless permitted in writing during the booking.
Our studios are not soundproof and since it’s situated in a residential area, please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including any use of music. Music played in the studio must not contain any explicit content. If the noise becomes too loud, we will ask you to turn it down.
Our studios cannot be used to shoot pornographic, nude or any explicit content.
If any member of your team comes to the studio intoxicated, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises immediately.
Smoking (including recreational drugs, vape and hookah) is not permitted on studio premises.
Your booking is only for the floor that you rented. If you would like a tour of other studio floor, kindly ask our attendant and they will be happy to assist you.
All active flames must be contained at all times or our Studio Attendant will ask you to put out the flame immediately. Ask for a fire extinguisher to our attendant in case of any emergency.
Please note that failure to respect the studio rules, studio staff, or other bookers, will result in immediate termination of your booking and can result in a permanent ban from our studios.

Damage / Cleaning Details

Our reception staff will visit the studio room 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking time to ensure that the room is left in its original condition. Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place, and all garbage must be placed into garbage cans.

If our attendant finds out any default on the studio rules by any of your team mate even after warning and/or If the studio is still left untidy at the end of the booking time, there will be a Rs.2000 cleaning fee added to your booking.
Please do not step on the furniture in shoes, and use indoor shoes or shoe covers if really required when entering the studio. If you are taking pictures in your outdoor shoes, you will be asked to wipe them down.
If you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them. This damages both the floors and furniture legs. If you need assistance, please contact our studio staff and do not move items without approval.
Please do not bring candles into the studio, unless they have glass coverings. Open-flame candles drip wax onto floors and other surfaces, causing damage.
Should there be, any stains found on carpets, mats, furniture, floor, walls or any property of the studio after your booking time, a Rs.2000 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
Floors/furniture need to be covered if you are doing a F&B product shoot at the studio, They often leave slippery floors and they must be mopped before the next booking to avoid cleaning fees.
No open flame, dry ice, sparkers, poppers or smoke machines are allowed at the studio. If you absolutely require it for your photo shoot, please check with us at the time of booking.
Please book an additional hour if you are bringing confetti, fake snow, or feathers into the studio space so that the team has sufficient time to vacuum or clean the floors before the next booking. If you decide not to book the additional time or leave the space untidy, there will be a Rs.2000 cleaning fee added to your booking.
If there are damages to the floor/furniture/props/ gears or any other studio equipment, including extension cords during your booking, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damages as per actuals.
Your booking is only for the studio floor that you rented for the duration of the rental. If you require additional time to set up / take down, please factor it into your booking. If you need extra time and the studio floor is available, you can rent additional time accordingly. Please talk to the studio attendant, they’ll be happy to assist you.
If you have a large team/shoot, please factor in the time to bring/take out your belongings from the studio space. You will be asked to wrap up your shoot 10 minutes early so that you can start clearing out the space. Alternatively, you can dedicate a person from your team to start removing items while you are finishing the photo session.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

All shoots have to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Studio Flinto offers studio credit for cancelled bookings as we do not issue refunds.
You can reschedule your booking and claim your full studio credit by cancelling your reservation at a minimum 24hrs before your start time and rebooking your desired studio, date, or time through us subject to availability.
Cancelling a booking within 24hrs from the scheduled booking time will lead to 50% refund in the form of studio credits. Please reach out to us if you are trying to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.
No-show appointments/bookings will not receive any studio credit.

Studio Capacity

Our studio has its own capacity limits based on the square footage and comfortability.

If you bring extra people to the studio without notice, they will be asked to wait outside of our premises in order to uphold the studios set capacity.
